Job Summary:

The Qualified Company Secretary will oversee and manage all aspects of corporate governance, legal compliance, and secretarial responsibilities within the organization. Key Responsibilities:

Secretarial Responsibilities:

· Ensure the company’s operations comply with legal, regulatory, and statutory requirements, including tax laws, labour laws, and industry-specific regulations.

· Monitor changes in laws and regulations to ensure the company’s practices remain up-to-date.

· Liaise with external legal advisors for legal audits and opinions.

· Oversee compliance audits and provide solutions to mitigate non-compliance risks.

· Coordinate with internal departments to ensure internal compliance systems are maintained and enhanced.

Requirement 

  • Qualifications:

    o A qualified Company Secretary (CS) from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).

    o Additional qualifications such as a Law Degree or MBA in Legal/Compliance (preferred).
