Approach
MITCON’s Approach to ISO / Quality Assurance Consulting is structured in two phases:

- Improve the ability of organisation to meet and enhance the goals for cost, schedule, efforts and product quality.
- Enables in adapting a consistent approach for carrying out all the activities.
- Continually improve the predictability and reliability of schedule, cost and quality of its products & services to its customers and other stakeholders.
- Devising a clear roadmap for ‘Continual Improvement’.
Phase I
- Understand the Customer's business goals/ objectives.
- Study the Customer organisation structure, roles & responsibilities and existing processes.
- Interview the various business roles to know the existing level of process implementation.
- Prepare a gap analysis report showing the existing level, the gap with respect to ISO requirements and the recommendations to bridge the gaps.
Phase II
- ISO training.
- Consulting in QMS definition / revision.
- QMS training and role based workshops.
- Handholding in implementation of revised QMS.
- Conducting intermediate Process Reviews.
- Conducting assessment readiness review
