A. Microbial Activities
- Check the liquid formulation for bio-fertilizer and bio-pesticide selection of Emulsifier and preservative for the better shelf-life.
- Phosphate solubilizing capacity of the micro-organisms. – To check the Phosphate solubilization using different species of micro-organisms at laboratory scale.
- Compatibility testing in between fungi under this heading the growth type of the two micro-organisms with each other going to be detected.
- Substrate selection for fungal growth which used as a bio-inoculum.
- Check the nitrogenase activity of micro-organisms.
- Check the efficiency of micro-organisms to fix atmospheric nitrogen
- Trichoderma viride in waste wood or wood husk degradation.
